Shianaaz band has been entertaining all types of audience for the past few years in several languages, attracting prominently the tamil and malayalee audience. Shianaaz band has performed at many different Stage shows, TV shows, Competitions and Cultural Festivals in Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal and United States. They have performed music in several languages which include; English, Hindhi, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada & Tamil and have attracted audiences of all ages.
Shianaaz band has accompanied both leading Toronto, Canadian artists as well as popular play back singers from Tamil Nadu, India. This includes legends, such as Chinnakuyille Chithra, Srinivas, Anuradha Sriram, Unni Krishnan & Mano. Shianaaz band has also accompanied playback singers such as Vijay Prakash, Charu Latha Mani, Naresh Iyer, Mukesh, Krish, Madhumitha, Krishna Iyer, Sharmila, Rahul Nambiyar, Vandhana Srinivasan and adding to this list is our Vijay TV's super singers; Alka Ajith, Shravan, Santhosh, Sathya Prakash, Malavika, Sonia, Diwakar, Pooja, Srinivas(nivas), Pravin Saivi and Ravi Gopinath.
Shiannaz band rose to fame through immense reviews and recommendation by playback singers and toronto's leading musicians for their dedication and quality output of music. Shianaaz band is currently considered one of the leading bands in Toronto, Canada with many fan followers.
Most noted factor of Shianaaz band is that the leader Shibothan worked closely with Pravin Mani, who is a long term associate of music director A.R. Rahman. Pravin Mani has played a key role in the background scores for several Rahman films including Mudhalvan, Alaipayuthey, Enthiran & Ai. Shianaaz band leader Shibo had the opportunity of working with Pravin Mani for a high level music concert (Galatta Party) held on August 2013 by CMR Radio, which was a massive success gaining outstanding reviews from fan followers. Shibo also had the honour of working with Vijay TV's Super Singer band , 'MANI AND THE BAND' leader Mani Bass, Lead Guitar Vijay and percussionist Vikram for 'Senthil Kumaran's Minnal 2015' concert held in Toronto, Canada.
Shianaaz band consists of professional musicians who have immense love and passion for music and are dedicated in always bringing out music quality at a high level. Each and every member of Shianaaz band are perfectionists. They do not and will not compromise on anything less then 100% when it comes to re-producing the original pieces of the legends.

Shianaaz band is a professional Tamil music band formed and launched in Toronto Ontario, Canada by the founder Shibothan Thanam (Shibo) who is a well known keyboard player in Toronto for more than 18 years.
The band consists of Shibothan Thanam (lead keyboard), Rajani, Thibisan & Ebin (keyboard), Hansel (lead guitar), Suren (lead guitar), Shellar (lead guitar), Ian Collins (bass guitar), Nigel (bass guitar) Jacob (bass guitar), Pratheepan (drum pad), Thomas (Rhythm Box), Linu (drums) Neiroshan (drums), Sruthi (Violin + Flute) Abinaya (violin), Geerthanan, Nicholas & Baleshwaran (tabla/mrudangam/thavil/ganjeera). All members of Shianaaz band are well trained professionals.
